I’m forced to spend three hours every two weeks waiting at the local clinic just to collect medications..
I would find a way to reduce queue time, as receive a SMS on my phone when they are ready.

Maybe collecting medicines in a locked box could be a fit. I gave the same problem, so I want to invest in a possible solution to this! Please keep me in the loop!

Good ideas! However I’d be lost to search always for that key, wouldn’t a PIN be easier? Maybe it can be sent via patient mobile phone!
