The working paradigm has shifted. It is highly unlikely for millennials to spend all their working careers in a single business or institution. Due both to a desire of this generation to face different challenges the constant change in society, in technology and so on, workers will be required to learn, unlear and learn again.

However, each of us needs his/her time to learn. Not everyone is able to respond quickly to the changes that come suddenly, and especially those with lower-paid jobs could struggle with finding money to have access to training opportunities and learn a new skill. As a consequence, something must be done to help them face the problems that this transition poses. One solution might be an insurance policy.

The money from this insurance would be destined to re-learning both through courses and events where you can network with other people, paid newsletters and all the other things.

Insurance money can’t be destined to other things outside of training purposes..
