There are lots of women, young girls that I’ve been through various abuse and violation which through the cause became psychologically affected and couldn’t go beyond their past. They became victimized and live in absolute fear and jeopardy.

There are still lots of women and young girls out there, still going through same stuff.

A platform can be created to help those that have fall victim come out of their shell by giving them voice and freedom of expression anonymously, to share their experinces on that platform without being afraid of stigmatization.

Another one is that virtual group discussion can be organised especially during this social distancing where people get to pour out their heart, express themselves freely without being judged or discriminated. This could go a long way in improving their mental health and in avoiding being depressed.

Brainstorming sessions can be organised to creat project ideas on how to help those that have been a victim of such abuse and violence

The female genders are mostly affected due to gender inequality in majority of the societies and the cultures they embrace.
