[Prob] Export education to rural children in Nepal#49

Children without internet connection are out of school during Lockdown!
It’s an injustice not to allow them to learn, as they don’t have any channel to learn.

Nepal has some volunteers who distribute food.
An idea is they could provide them books at the same time, but teacher has to do a work upfront to send them also all the instructions and they can’t track performances easily

Constraints that need to be remembered:
-no internet connection
-asyncronism of guiding during lockdown

Doable:
-play multimidia content on classrooms

Doable but difficult:
-play multimidia content on personal devices while at home
